Job Description for Spa & Saloon Supervisor 1. To develop and to implement an operating plan to run smooth, seamless and well- coordinated operations of Spa & Salon in a cost-effective manner. 2. To ensure all operational areas are always ready, neat, tidy, well prepared and equipped for top quality customer experience at all times. 3. All appropriate staff must be available and ready to receive clients with consumable products, equipment and stock items in working order at all times of operating hours. 4. To ensure the highest standard of the hygiene, decor, ambience, sound, smell and feel of Salon & Spa, as defined by the Marrakech brand policy. 5. Interacts with Clients to obtain feedback on quality and service levels. 6. Handles Clients problems and complaints efficiently and resolution oriented. 7. Empowers employees on merits and company policy to provide excellent customer service. 8. Emphasizes Client satisfaction during all departmental meetings and focusing on continuous improvement. 9. Strives to improve service performance. 10. Brings issues to the attention of the management and seniors in hierarchy as necessary. 11. Observes service behaviors of employees and providing feedback at individuals level. 12. Assists the other Managers at work place in managing the day-to-day operations of the spa as necessary. 13. Completely manage the stock items of saloon and spa section by recording issuance and receipts from store. 14. Timely raise demand / request for purchase, maintain minimum stock level, which may vary month on month basis and also focus on cost effectiveness without compromising on quality of products in use. Timings: 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM (Evening shift) Work Days: 6 Days a week (Day off will be decided with management consent) Annual Leaves: 15 days (Maximum 2 in a month on advance request and approval basis) Preference : Certified Hospitality Business Services Professional from any Institute jobs.
